Michael Sullivan, Executive Director Michael has over 18 years of GTA business and construction experience. Upon graduating from Ryerson Institute as a Registered Real Estate agent, Michael spent 2 years with Century 21. In 1986 his career took a turn into banking, where he dealt with small business liquidity management for CIBC. He also held positions with W.D. Latimer in contracts administration for the Toronto Stock Exchange OTC Market. With his experience in small business management and finance, Michael developed an interest in the construction industry and has spent the last 14 years in the industry in labour and management roles, which culminated in establishing his own contracting firm, Immaculate Construction Inc. His concern for the construction industry and his exuberance have fuelled his interest in developing a medium in which members of this industry can interact in a more effective manner.
Paul Halupka, Manager, IT Development Paul Halupka is the resident technology expert at TBX. Over the course of his work experience, he has designed and built several combined database/web-based applications for business that seek technology centricity. In his role at eFilm Medical Inc., Paul was responsible for developing software procedures for the rest of the development team and played a large role in coding, testing and implementation for some of eFilm’s large scaled applications. He was also an Internet Specialist and Web Developer for FSC Internet Inc., where he was involved in Graphical User Design and database development. Paul is gifted in several programming languages and development methodologies, which include ASP, ASP.NET, SQL Server and Microsoft technologies. Paul holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and is responsible for technology operations at TBX.
Jun Hua, Internet Systems Design Jun is a veteran of Web and media designer. In the past 8 years. Jun has designed some of the country’s largest Internet projects. His impressive portfolio includes works for the companies like Bell, RBC, RE/MAX and Ford. He holds a Masters degree in Communications. Jun is responsible for systems design at TBX.
